Len Wayman MITAI. MIMI.

Managing Director Len Wayman is a forensic collision investigator, and analyst of vehicle mechanical condition and the founder, in 1992, of Wayman Consultancy Ltd. He is a full Member of the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators, (MITAI) and a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry, (MIMI).

Len served a five-year indentured engineering apprenticeship, before entering Police service in 1962, where motor vehicle inspection and forensic accident investigation training and application further enhanced his skills and qualification. He served thirty years as a road traffic specialist Police Officer, holding supervisory rank and a particular responsibility for Collision Investigation and Motor Vehicle Inspection. On his retirement from police service in 1992, a number of solicitors and barristers encouraged him to found Wayman Consultancy working as an Independent Accident Investigation and Vehicle Examination Consultant on whose expertise they might call. Practising in the UK and abroad, Wayman Consultancy flourished and has grown to the broad based competent team it now is. Len continues to be involved in BTEC and City & Guild training of vehicle condition analysts, his experience in that field extending over more than forty years. His Forensic Collision Investigation experience extends over more than thirty years.
